2. About ARTSZILA®

ARTSZILA® is a gifting and décor brand that manufactures customized and handcrafted products, supporting home-grown artists, housewives, and skilled women artisans. Many of our products are made-to-order and personalized as per customer requirements.

3. Product Information

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to screen differences, lighting, or handcrafted processes.

  • Personalized products may differ slightly from previews due to production limitations.

Such variations do not qualify as defects.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

  • All customized or personalized products (including photo frames, acrylic items, QR displays, fridge magnets, name plates, etc.) are made specifically as per the details provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for submitting accurate names, spellings, photos, and customization details.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified after production begins.

ARTSZILA® is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines mentioned are estimated and may vary depending on location and courier services.

  • ARTSZILA® is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may lead to delivery failure.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the customized nature of our products:

  • Personalized and custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Returns are only accepted in case of damaged or defective products received.

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

ARTSZILA® reserves the right to approve or reject return/replacement requests after verification.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, product designs, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of ARTSZILA® and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. User Conduct
